Evaluate current maturity and define goals.

In phase one, we work together to set a baseline. This process begins by benchmarking your current state against our Maturity Model: Are you in the creating, building, maturing, or transforming stage? We’ll evaluate existing people, processes, and technology, identify missed opportunities for growth, and outline recommendations to help you level up. 

In most cases, we’ll use proprietary, industry-aligned scorecards to help you determine your maturity level, visualize how your current state compares with competitors, and set a trajectory for next steps.

Define and prioritize next steps to align to goals. 

In phase two, we’ll turn goals into actionable next steps. As part of this process, we’ll reimagine your assets, reach agreement on gaps, and create a list of actions required to drive your desired outcomes. We’ll work hand in hand with you to develop clear alignment of prioritized findings and recommendations to outline a strong strategy for what comes next.

This phase is all about building rock-solid connections. In practice, this could mean executing market research, negotiating contracts, defining service portfolios and delivery models, crafting a transition timeline, and more, depending on your goals.

Execute priorities and establish management and improvement processes. 

In phase three, we move on the roadmap developed in phases one and two. We can help you execute your top priorities, set up management and improvement processes for the short and/or long term, and provide quality assurance or regular check-ins to ensure your vision is realized. 

This phase is the summit of our Success Framework, but that doesn’t mean our work together is over. We’ll continue to keep you moving in the right direction with expert support for establishing performance metrics, developing implementation plans, managing key relationships, and driving continuous improvement.
